 Tri Brain Yoga®

  • Tri Brain® is an educational and experiential curriculum that is relevant to all yoga disciplines. Designed to inform yoga instructors and movement enthusiasts of the most recent evidence-based neuroscience of the head, heart, and gut brains, Tri Brain Yoga® supports the ancient wisdom and power of yoga as a tool to enhance human performance through the alignment and integration of these three neural networks of intelligence. Think yoga meets neuroscience. You will receive the most in-depth training that Tri Brain Yoga® has to offer to date. 

 High Vibration Living LLC

  • High Vibration Living merges the spiritual practice of the East with the physical practice of the West, because we believe that combining ancient wisdom and modern science offers the most well-rounded education and overall cohesive experience. Jessica holds the highest standard of commitment and will not hold back in delivering content.

Space is limited. This ensures personalized attention, one-on-one time with the head teachers, and creates the most effective learning environment. The curriculum at High Vibration Living 300 meets and exceeds the Yoga Alliance guidelines. Graduates of the High Vibration Living 300 YTT will be eligible for Yoga Alliance 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification & the Tri Brain Yoga® certification (YACEP)

Curriculum includes:

    • Dive deeper into Anatomy & Physiology & how it applies to your yoga practice.

    • Blend Eastern & Western ideologies & learn how to apply them to traditional yoga philosophy.

    • Tri Brain Yoga®

      • Learn evidence-based neuroscience findings about our three brains; Head, Heart and Gut.

        In addition to learning the neuroscience behind the 3 brains, you will receive a group coaching and self discovery experience.

      • Gain unique insight about how your audience (and you) think, feel and behave.

      • Learn about neuroplasticity, rewiring the brain, thinking, emotion, attention, habit, stress, building resilience and three brain health.

      • Understand how yoga affects the brain, promotes neuroplasticity, slows brain aging, balances the autonomic nervous system and impacts three brain function and integration.

      • Incorporate HeartMath® resilience techniques into your teaching and practice.

      • Learn how to apply neuroscience to your life and to your yoga practice.

      • Integrate this knowledge into a yoga flow that allows you to share the evidence-based science with others and expand their experience and enhance their self-knowledge and personal growth.

      • Learn how to sequence Tri Brain Yoga classes and incorporate them into your practice.

      • Graduate with an Advanced level Tri Brain Yoga® Certification. You will be able to conduct Tri Brain Yoga® Classes for public or private classes.

      • You will have access to Tri Brain Yoga® Certified trademark and marketing support.

      • Qualify to be considered to facilitate Tri Brain Yoga® Workshops.

    • Enhance your meditation practice: learn the most current science & research behind the psychological and physiological benefits of meditation. Advance your current meditation practice & learn how to make it into an everyday lifestyle. 

    • Advanced Creative Sequencing: learn a multitude of sequencing methodologies used by experienced yoga teachers. Learn to confidently sequence your classes by combining anatomy & philosophy throughout the sequence. 

    • Enhance your Pranayama: take your breath practice safely and effectively to the next level. 

    • Yoga Philosophy

    • Asana practice:  Rooted in Progressive Ashtanga Yoga ( eastern philosophy with a western functional movement standpoint).

    • Rocket Vinyasa Yoga.

    • Functional Movement Screenings: learn developmental sequencing,  mobility & stability assessments. Learn to confidently & safely incorporate different functional movement modalities into your traditional asana classes, with private clients, & your own personal practice.

    • Myofascial Release Techniques: Learn the science behind myofascial release, the fascia, and how to apply myofascial techniques to assist yourself / your  students. Learn how to safely integrate them into your personal practice or in group setting.

    •  Cross-training for Yogis: harmonizing strength and mobility on & off of your yoga mat.

    • Working one-on-one with private clientele: how to build your private clientele network from the ground up.  

    • How to safely & effectively teach mixed level classes: refine how you lead large group classes. 

    • Workshop 101

    • Working with: Special Populations, Silvers, Athletes, & Prenatal Clients.

    • Hone in on your niche & unique gifts as a teacher. What makes you stand out? What are your unique qualifications? Who is your avatar (clientele base) 

    • Refine your communication skills: volume, tone, find your confident voice, time management & pacing.

    • Compassionate critiquing: giving and receiving constructive feedback.

    • Intelligently & safely advance your personal asana practice: reinforcing an at home practice along with a community practice.

    • SEVA: enjoy exploration in personal transformation and selfless acts of service. You will be asked to selflessly volunteer your time / & or help a foundation for a higher cause.

    • Marketing: Learn the tools & entrepreneurial skills needed to grow your own successful yoga business (branding, social media, event planning).

    • Becoming a professional. Enhance your professional procedures: confidentiality with clients, waivers, liability insurance, tax protocols for independent contractors, LLC, professional standards & ethics, boundary setting, & more.

    • How to effectively practice the 8 Limbs in the modern world: Living your yoga & turning it into a lifestyle.

    • Mindbody Wellness Detox : There will be a 7 day commitment & self-study to report on.

    • Mindbody journaling: self study.

    • Restorative Yoga, Guided Visual Meditation, & Yoga Nidra.

    • “The Sound Of Yoga”: Mantra Yoga & Sound Healing. Get your mind & body in tune.. Learn more complex Sanskrit mantras to elevate the resonance of your body and to calm the mind.
