We love our private sessions with Jessica because it allows her to taylor the sessions to whatever we need that day. She may focus on stretching, breath work, guided meditations, or any number of her other techniques. Jessica’s diverse experience gives her the ability to cater to her client’s diverse needs. It has been our experience that what we have learned during our sessions with Jessica we are able to apply them in real life situations and achieve a sense of piece and calmness.

As a guy, it can be difficult to find the right yoga instructor that combines a whole-istic approach to balance, breath, spirituality, and strength. Fitness and running have always been a part of my life. In 2007 I started including long distance running into my training. Even though I was able to participate in 10 marathons and numerous half marathons, I was consistently plagued with aches, pains and nagging injuries. I decided to rediscover yoga as a way of relieving my pain so I could once again enjoy running the way I had previously. Thankfully, a mutual friend introduced me to Jessica. Jessica taught me how to engage in a yoga practice that would not exacerbate my injuries but provide the healing that I needed. Not only did I fine tune my yoga practice with Jessica, her private classes assisted both my Husband and I learn techniques for proper mobility training designed for injury prevention. Three times in the last few years I have trained for a 50K race only to have to cancel due to injury. Because of Jessica’s yoga instruction and private classes, I was able to complete a very challenging 50K trail race at 45 years old.
